1. The price includes the services of a guide and translator, organization of the tour (organization of: meetings, visits, tastings, lunches and dinners), as well as transport services, fuel and highways, with departure from Bordeaux or the surrounding area within 20 km.
2. Entrance fees, tastings, lunches and dinners (including those of the guide) are paid additionally.
3. A detailed estimate is done after the group has selected tours and the guide has made the necessary reservations.
4. Confirmation of the reservation is the transfer of 50% of the total cost of the tour to our bank account (preferable), or payment by card using the link at least two weeks before the start of the tour. Please contact us to make payment arrangements.
5. When ordering a VIP tour, 100% of all special tastings, Chateau, hotels and lunches and dinners (if any) are paid in advance at least two weeks before the start of the tour. Please contact us to make payment arrangements.
6. Without specification from the customer, the car is provided to the group by default and in accordance with the number of people.
7. When ordering a tour on another transport (for example, a Mercedes V-class), the customer makes a full prepayment for transport services.
8. If the tour is canceled at least two weeks before the start date of the tour, the cost of the tour is fully reimbursed by the company (except for costs incurred if applicable).
