9:00 a.m.– meeting at the hotel and departure for the medieval town of Saint-Emilion (registered in the World Heritage of UNESCO in 1999);
9:50 a.m.- Private tour (without a guide you cannot access it), so-called underground monuments (the old cave and the chapel of St Emilion, a part of catacombs, and especially - a single monolith church carved out from the rock in the 9 -11 centuries by monks, the largest in Europe);
12:30 p.m.- Lunch in a small gourmet restaurant at 6 km from the village of Saint-Emilion or lunch in a Château;
15:00 p.m.– Visit of a Château in the appellation Grand Cru Classé Saint-Emilion or Pomerol and tasting of its delicious wine;
17:00 p.m.– Visit of a small wine producer in Montagne Saint-Emilion and tasting of his wines;
18:30 p.m.– Walking tour in the town of Saint-Emilion
19:00 p.m.– Optional: Dinner at a gastronomic restaurant of one of the best chefs of the region. Or, return back to your hotel.
